Export a spreadsheet page to PDF
How to use it
This address starts on Excel to PDF. The sample inventory sheet is drawn as a landscape A4 of the preview, without an extra title. It is a picture of what the preview shows, not a live spreadsheet. Check that Item, Qty, and Bin and the two rows are readable. If the preview clips a column, fix the view before you export. The workbook stays in the browser. This is not Word to PDF and it does not merge PDF files. A large export can be compressed afterward only if you accept that PDF compress redraws pages.
The file stays in this browser. NexTool does not upload it and does not keep a copy after you leave the page. Download the result and check it before you send it on. If the tab runs out of memory, the job stops and the original is still the one on your computer.
