One mailbox

Write to ads@nextool.org. That address is for the site itself, for a tool that failed, and for advertising inquiries. It is the address printed in the footer. There is no other public desk, no phone number, and no form that accepts a file upload. Mail is read by a person. It is not connected to the PDF or Word tools. Attaching a confidential document will not cause the tool to process it, and it creates a copy in an inbox the tools are not allowed to see. Describe the problem in words instead.

A useful report names the page address, for example /en/pdf/merge, the browser and its version, and what you expected to happen. Say whether a sample file from the page fails or only your file fails. Do not send the private file. If the page showed an error sentence, copy that sentence. Advertising mail can use the same address. Say who you are, what you want to place, and where. NexTool does not promise a reply window. Messages that ask the operator to process a confidential file will not be treated as a tool request.

What mail cannot do

The mailbox cannot recover a file you closed with the tab. The tools do not keep it. The mailbox cannot unlock a PDF whose password you do not know. It cannot certify that a redaction removed every hidden copy of a number. Those checks happen in your browser, on the file you still have. If you are unsure which tool matches the job, start from the guides or from the [[/|homepage]] descriptions rather than sending the file for someone else to choose. Security reports can use the same address. Describe the behavior. Do not include an exploit against a third party.
