Export a WebP image in the browser
How to use it
This address opens the image studio on WebP at about 80 percent quality. Use it when the recipient can view WebP and you want a smaller file than PNG. If the browser cannot encode WebP, the download is PNG instead. Check the file type. Photographs that must open in older mail clients are safer as JPEG from the compress page. Screenshots of text are often better as PNG from the main image studio. The sample poster is 640 by 400 pixels. Crop before you encode so you do not spend bytes on a margin you will not show.
The file stays in this browser. NexTool does not upload it and does not keep a copy after you leave the page. Download the result and check it before you send it on. If the tab runs out of memory, the job stops and the original is still the one on your computer.
